First Month FreeYou will receive the first "send" of You Should Know to your subscriber list at no charge. Therefore, your credit card will not be billed the setup fee of $99 and the second month’s subscription fee of $49.95 (a total of $148.95) until the 10th of the month following the first send of your newsletter. Monthly ChargesYour credit card will then automatically be charged $49.95 on the 10th of each month. You will be notified by e-mail if for some reason the charge does not clear and your billing information needs to be updated. If the required information is updated before the 10th of the month, your newsletter service will continue. If not, your member registration will be suspended until your account has been updated. Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel your registration for You Should Know at any time. Billing occurs one month in advance of the send. If you cancel by midnight CST on the 9th of the month, you will be placed in our inactive member list and your credit card will not be charged for delivery of the following month’s issue of You Should Know. You will be charged for the following month's issue if cancellation occurs after the 9th of the month. You can also re-register for You Should Know at any time by contacting member support: toll free (866) 589-7670. Notification of ChangesLet America Know™ will notify its members and users via email if we make any changes to our Terms of Service. Any new policy will be posted on our site at least one week prior to its taking effect.
