Initial Charges

Once you create your account and enter your credit card information, we will begin the work of setting up your newsletter and onboarding your social media account information. Once completed, you will be charged with a one-time setup fee (if applicable).

You will be billed following publication of your first issue or post for the first month of the LAKconnect service to which you have subscribed.

Monthly Charges

Your credit card will then automatically be charged on the 10th of each month for that coming month’s service.

You will be notified by e-mail if for some reason the charge does not clear and your billing information needs to be updated. If the required information is updated before the 10th of the month, your services will continue. If not, your member registration will be suspended until your account has been updated.

Cancellation Policy

Let America Know is a month-to-month program. You may cancel your registration for any of your Let America Know accounts and services at any time. In order to cancel your account or service we will need written confirmation in the form of an email confirming you no longer wish to participate and which services you wish to discontinue. After that you will no longer be billed as requested and you will not receive the additional Let America Know services cancelled.

Reuse of Content

While the content of the You Should Know newsletter and other related Let America Know services are the copyrighted property of our parent organization, Voice2News, LLC, we extend permission to all active Let America Know subscribers to use or repurpose all content outside of the services provided. This includes but is not limited to digital and social media like web sites, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc., and traditional media like print newsletters, mailers or brochures.

NOTE: This permission for content reuse by members does not apply to the images or graphics used for our services. These are copyrighted by the owner and can only be used by Let America Know in delivering our products and services. If you would like to use an image used by Let America Know, contact member support at (866) 589-7670.

Deliverability

Let America Know agrees to make every reasonable attempt to make sure all emails delivered through our system will follow best email practices but cannot guarantee delivery of every email message. In some situations inbound emails may encounter systems impacting deliverability that are beyond our control. Although Let America Know follows industry best practice standards there is no guarantee that email messages will look consistent across all platforms because of the number of different HTML composition tools available.
